Each paper must be covered by at least one (1) regular registration or student registration.

2. Requirement of Paper Presentation

► Before submitting full paper on the website, authors are required to complete registration first in

 order for their paper(s) to be included in the program and the proceedings of ICEMS2014, IEEE Xplore, etc.

► One registration payment (Regular or Student) allows only one paper submission. If you like to submit more

 than one paper, you should pay USD 200 (or RMB1200) per paper additionally. 

► One registrant can submit up to 3 full papers.

3. Payment  

(1) Credit Card

► Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online. VISA, Master, JCB cards

 and Union Pay are aceptable.  

► Please use Internet Explorer Browser for paying your registration fee.

(2) Bank Transfer

► A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.

► Please note that fee has to be transferred under the registrant's name and the name must be stated on the receipt.

► A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the secretariat via icems2014@zju.edu.cn, 

with your name and paper ID(s) also indicated in the email.

► Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.

(3) Cash payment

 The onsite registration accepts cash payment only. 

(4) Cancellation

Cancellations or changes of registration should be sent in writing to the Secretariat. Registration fees will 

be refunded according to the following policy. All approval refunds will be issued after the conference.

►Cancellation by August 31, 2014:  50% of the paid amount

►Cancellation after August 31, 2014: No Refund
